What Is Our Shipping Time

Our shipping process usually takes 2-6 business days from the time you place your order using regular mail. If you would like your items sooner you can choose to use USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 1-2 business days from the time you place your order.

Please be mindful that delay in shipping occurs during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and Mother's Day.

 

What Is Our Shipping Charge

The shipping cost will be calculated before submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

 

Once packages leave our warehouse we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages nor do we have control over how fast your package reaches you!   

                                                         

Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your order, b/c if your address is not correct on your shipping address we are not responsible for packages going to the address that you provided during checkout.

 

 

What If  I Accidentally Enter the Wrong Address

 After you have completed your order and you realize that you enter the wrong address, please send us an email with the correct address as quickly as you can, along with your order number. One of our customer service reps will try to correct your shipping information quickly. There is no guarantee that our team will be able to correct your address, but we will try our best.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number

Yes all orders that ships from our warehouse will include a tracking number, so that way you can track your package.

 

Why Isn't My Tracking Info Updating

There could be several reasons why your tracking information is not updating.

Once we create your shipping label and drop your package off at the post office, we have no control of updating your tracking information nor, are we responsible. We recommend you call the number for USPS that is listed below. USPS will be able to assist you with your package.

What If My Tracking Number Says That My Package Was Delivered But I Don't Have My Package
