What are my payment options?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive full payment from you.
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "Create A Account" link at the top of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically free for orders placed in the U.S., which is regular mail and takes 5-10 business days. If you would like your items sooner you can chose to use USPS Priority Mail 2-5 days, which will be calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order 24-48 hours after we receive payment from you. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday your order will ship on our next business day. Once packages leave our warehouse we aren't reliable are responsible for any lost or stolen packages are have control how fast your package reaches you!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your order, b/c if your address isn't correct on your shipping address we are not reliable or responsible for packages going to that address that you place on your order form!
What is the return policy?
Need to return something? Not a problem! Send back any bargain that doesn't fit your needs within 15 days "for example" if your package was deliver to you on May10th you have 15 days from that day to return your item or items. Which would be May the 25th! So your return needs to be "Stamped " by the 15th day or sooner !"Look up your tracking number for date of delivery. We will issue a store credit only, no refund will be giving. "Charlene's Style Boutique Tags Must Be Attached To All Clothing Items" for any exchanges or store credit, if tags are removed from clothing, we can't accept your return.
1 Items can't not be worn, tags must be attach to items and no marks at all such as pencil marks, marker marks or any spots such as deodorant marks, makeup marks, no spots at all an any.

3 Items can't have any odors, such as body odors of any kind, no fragrances, no cigarette smoke or any other smoke smell, no unwanted odors at all.
