Return Policy

Need to return something? Not a problem! Send back any item (s) that doesn't fit your needs 14 days from your original delivery date.

Here's an example of our 14 day return policy. If your package was delivered to you on May 10th you have 14 days from that day to return your item (s). Meaning that your return needs to be "Stamped " by the 14th day or sooner. Look up your tracking number for the date of delivery and count 14 days from that day.


As you may expect, we ask that you return your item (s) in unused condition, with its original packaging intact.

Can I Purchase A Return Label
Yes! You can purchase a return label from us. Just simply request a return
label at the same time when you request your RMA#.


We do not provide free return shipping. If you choose to purchase one of our return labels, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your store credit once we receive your return.

No Refunds

We only issue store credit. We will issue store credit for your purchase price, excluding your original shipping charges if any, and we will not refund any shipping fee that you will occur for shipping your return item (s) back to our warehouse.  

Return Inspecting

"Charlene's Style Boutique Tags Must Be Attached To All Clothing"

 If tags are removed from clothing, we will not accept your return and you will be responsible for your item (s) to be ship back to you. 


1.) Items can't be worn, All clothing must have Charlene's Style Boutique Tags attached is a must. No returns will be accepted if the tag is removed.


2.) No marks at all such as pencil marks, marker marks, or any spots such as deodorant marks, makeup marks, no spots at all.


3.) Items can't have any odors, such as body odors of any kind, no fragrances, no cigarette smoke, or any other smoke smell. No unwanted odors at all.


4.) Clothing can not be worn or washed.


5.) Returns on footwear: All footwear must be returned in their original box or packaging. Footwear can not show any use of be worn or altered.


Please follow these guidelines when sending back your items (s) for a store credit. After we have received your return, inspected your return and approved it for store credit. Please allow 2 business days for your store credit to be issued. 


Return Limits Per Customer

We are a small boutique and very limited with our styles, that we only allow 4 returns a month for each customer.


Late Returns

Unfortunately, items received after the 14-day return policy, cannot and will not be accepted for any store credit. 


No Exchange Policy

Due to our boutique being so small and styles change weekly, we cannot hold any items for exchanges. Example: you order a dress, but the dress is too small and you would like to return that dress and exchange for the same dress, but a bigger size. We suggest if that same dress is in stock along with the sizing that you need, that you place a new order for that same dress in the correct size you need. 


Damaged  & Wrong Merchandise

If a product that was shipped in error or turns out to be defective or was damaged in transit, please contact customer service so we can resolve the issue. Please keep in mind that all damaged return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. If the two-day period falls on a weekend "there's a 3-day grace-period giving" So for example: If your item (s) was delivered on Friday and it appears to be damaged, the latest you will able to contact us about that damaged item (s) will be that following Monday.


Note: If your grace-period of 3 days falls on a holiday and our office is closed due to a holiday, the very next business day, we are open will be your final day to contact us about any damaged item (s).  


When Returning Damaged or Defective Item (s)

1.) Email us pictures of the damaged item (s)

2.) Provide your order number

3.) Provide damaged item (s) style number 


Return Policy for Holidays For purchases made December 1st - December 25 you have 20 days from the delivery date to return for store credit only. Unfortunately, items received after the 20-days return policy can not be accepted.
