Charlene’s Style Boutique was founded on January 31, 2008, and its name holds a very special place in my heart.
The boutique was named in loving memory of my grandmother, Charlene Brown, a beautiful woman with a kind heart who loved people and had a deep love for the Lord.
My grandmother was a true fashionista long before the word became popular. She believed in looking her best, especially on Sundays when she would step out in her “Sunday Best.” From her beautiful fashion hats and classy, modest dresses to the fabulous accessories that completed every outfit, she always carried herself with style and grace.
Her love for fashion, modest style, and putting together a beautiful look became the inspiration behind Charlene’s Style Boutique. Today, her sense of style and the beautiful memories she left behind continues to be a special part of the heart and story of our boutique.
